Very very disappointed

I bought this glue due to your recommendation and I had high hopes for out. This glue was totally failure. I always keep my room temperature between 21 to 24 and humidity between 50 to 60. This glue had no stickiness. While was working, during each brushing I noticed thr lashes were falling out like dandelions. I immediately had to switch to my other glue. I tried to give it try again the same thing happened. Please note I have been lashing for over 10 years never saw a glue this bad. I don't knownif it was a bad batch or what but this is not acceptable to pay $39 for a glue and not being able to work with it.
