Returns and exchanges 

You have 30 days to exchange your purchased items. Articles must be in their original box and in perfect condition. However, if you violate this policy, you will have to pay 20% of the item price.

No refund, exchange only. We do, however, offer in-store credit.

If you wish to exchange a product purchased online, you will have to pay a return shipping / delivery fee.

Guarantee

Electrical items are guaranteed 6 months and furniture 12 months. All items sold as used are not guaranteed except IPL devices, which are guaranteed for 3 months. All massage tables are guaranteed only on the structure. The covering and the foam are not guaranteed. Transport bags are not guaranteed.
