Step-by-step guide: how to use

Step 1: Attach lower lashes
Before you begin, make sure you carefully and firmly isolate the lower lashes. This will help them prevent accidental contact with the make-up remover cream.

Step 2: Apply the cream remover
Using a micro-applicator, apply a thin layer of our cream remover to the lash extensions, about 1 mm from the base. It is important to avoid contact with your client's eyes or bare skin.

Step 3: Let the product stand
Let the cream stand for approximately 2-3 minutes. The time may vary depending on your customer's lash type. During this time, remind your client to close her eyes tightly.

Step 4: Remove the extensions
Once the cream has broken down the adhesive, gently remove the eyelash extensions using tweezers or a cleaning brush.

Step 5: Check and clean
After removing the extensions, check that all adhesive has been fully dissolved. If any remains, repeat the process. Next, clean lashes thoroughly with shampoo and lash primer. This will help remove any cream or adhesive residue.

Step 6: Rinse and open
In the event of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Allow your client to open the eyes only after thoroughly washing the area and ensuring that all cream has been completely removed.
