APPLICATION METHOD:

Prepare the nail plate with the PNB buff, remove the shine.
Apply the nail dehydrator and Bond Control to the entire nail plate.
Apply a thin layer of Scotch Base UV/LED base / Universal Base PNB.
Apply SHOCK EFFECT PNB reflective gel polish in 1 to 2 coats, curing each LED or UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
Cover with a top PNB.
