2. Prevention in occupational health and safety: Hygiene, disinfection, risk prevention and work environment.
3. Skin and appendages (Guide + directory of anomalies) Anatomy, physiology, skin types, common anomalies.
4. Professional interaction: Communication, customer reception, follow-up and customer experience.
5. Skin consultation and examination: Analysis, client file, observation and treatment plan.
6. Modeling maneuvers Manual techniques: smoothing, drainage, pressure, toning.
7. Cosmetic products: Product families, active ingredients and professional use.
8. Basic aesthetic treatments: Cleansing, exfoliation, massage, mask and hydration.
9. Sales and promotion: Sales strategies, personalized advice and recommendations.
10. Specific treatments: Anti-aging, radiance, hydration, sensitive skin, etc. Supervised practice: Mandatory completion of 15 facial treatment models.
