Description: Small evergreen shrub common in the Mediterranean region. The leaves are linear, coriaceous, persistent with parallel edges coiled below. The flowers are bluish, sometimes white. Rosemary cineole provides an essential oil close to eucalyptus radiata. It can be used in the same indications and will be associated with one or the other to obtain an incomparable synergistic effect.
Properties: expectorant bactericidal fungicide mucolytic. Indications: Rosemary essential oil is often used to treat bronchitis, sinusitis, ear infections and cystitis. It is a tonic for the immune system and relieves chronic fatigue and overwork.
