This relaxing lavender balm helps relieve stress, muscle tension, fibromyalgia and migraines.
This balm, made with cold-pressed rice oil, chamomile flower extract* and pure essential oils of lavender and orange*, is highly appreciated for a relaxing massage.

Warm the balm thoroughly in your hands, then apply it gradually and without excessive pressure until it is well absorbed into the entire area to be massaged. Once the balm is well spread, you can massage with both hands, moving from bottom to top and top to bottom, remembering the sides of the body and working your way up towards the shoulders and neck. Massage the feet, then the calves and thighs with light circular motions.
