What is the paraffin treatment?

The principle is very simple, paraffin is a wax which, by applying it hot on the hands and/or feet, allows the moisture of the skin to go up in the upper layers. Being a hardening and waterproof product, this moisture cannot escape and remains in the skin to deeply moisturize each layer. The benefits are immediate and act in a therapeutic and aesthetic way.

This treatment is very simple. First of all, you must use a good equipment (paraffin heater) in order to melt your paraffin at a temperature that will not damage the paraffin, but also that will not burn you.

With open fingers, immerse your hand in the paraffin for about 3 seconds and dry it (be careful not to touch the bottom or the sides of the container at any time). Repeat this process three or four more times times, until the hand is covered with a thick layer.

Then put the hand in one of the plastic bags and repeat the same process with the other hand.

You can then use heated mittens for a better result and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

It is important to note that if you wish to offer this treatment in an institute, you will have to use the paraffin individually in order not to contaminate your precious paraffin.
