Fragrance: Floral, aromatic and sweet

Description: Shrub about 30 to 60 cm, ligneous stems with linear leaves with pretty bunches of blue flowers. It is the best of lavenders for the quality of its essential oil. Its most authentic form is wild fine lavender

 Lavandula angustifolia. This plant thrives in its natural biotope at an altitude of 1500 to 2000 m on the sunny slopes of the mountains in the Alpes de Haute-Provence. The quality of lavender is deemed to increase with altitude. The cultivation of fine lavender at a lower altitude, around 800 to 1000 m makes the plant more vulnerable and susceptible to pests. Its availability is therefore different from one year to another, which causes prices to fluctuate.

Properties: anti-inflammatory antispasmodic calming, sedative and relaxing regenerative cutaneous analgesic anticoagulant and fluidifying 

Indications:  Lavender essential oil is used to relieve muscle contracture, pain, cramps, migraine, insomnia, anxiety and stress. It promotes the healing of wounds, burns, dermatitis and ear infections.
